Danielle’s commitment to "next is now" reflects her proactive approach to professional development and her dedication to driving positive change in the business landscape. She began her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 20 with a small tax office in Florence, South Carolina, and has since navigated in and out of the corporate workforce. Danielle is a former investment accountant at TIAA (formerly known as TIAA-CREF), where she held her series, life, and health licenses. Now, as the CEO of The Roberts Consulting Firm, Danielle is passionate about serving as a catalyst for change and breaking down systemic barriers that hinder the growth and prosperity of minority-owned businesses.

Danielle runs her firm full-time while also providing business coaching services at the CPCC Small Business Center.

She earned a dual bachelor’s degree in accounting and marketing from Limestone College in Gaffney, South Carolina, and a dual master’s degree in business administration and finance from Webster University, along with a certificate in project management.

As Danielle embarks on her journey toward earning her DBA, she is preparing to release her debut book, “Breaking the Glass Ceiling! Removing the Lid.” This book is a testament to her commitment to shattering barriers and empowering others to reach their full potential, particularly as a first-generation doctoral candidate.
